Andrew Chang Selected for IRP Visit to Uganda

Andrew Chang, senior editor/producer at Yahoo! and former producer of international news at ABC News, was selected for an International Reporting Project (IRP) 10-day visit to Uganda. The trip focuses on health, agriculture, development and environmental climate change issues. He was one of 12 editors selected for the program's annual "Gatekeeper Editors" fellowship. Chang is a graduate of the 2002 ELP Class in New York City.
