Position is largely administrative and budget related so the person needs to be insanely organized, good with budgets and great at project management and record keeping. Editing is actually not as important. If applicant can do that, terrific, but the other skills are the priority. So the candidate doesn’t even need to come from a media background – as long as candidate has these other skill sets.
