Today I attended Writing for Online Audiences. Helpful advice included incorporating links within the text, updating articles with time stamps and using bulleted lists.
I slipped out early to go to NewU Loft: B2B: Blog to Business. Latoya Peterson, co-founder of Racialicious.com, described different business plans from niche blogs and how they were able to capitalize on their specific readership.
I look forward to Audio Slide Show and Sound Salon, both headed by NPR later on today.
Tonight I will be volunteering at the AAJA Silent Auction and will attend the gala. I have a favorite little black dress I’m wearing tonight and can’t believe how quickly the convention has gone by.
